1 General Terms & Conditions

D33 is an online gaming service operated for entertainment purposes. Accessing and using this platform is entirely voluntary and at the user's own risk. d33 provides full service to users in Bangladesh.

2 Account Registration & Verification

Accurate and truthful information is required to register an account on d33. Accounts created with false or misleading information may be closed at any time.

• The name, date of birth, and phone number provided during account registration must be accurate.
• A national ID or passport may be required for KYC verification.
• Keeping the account password confidential is the user's sole responsibility.
• Using or sharing another user's account is strictly prohibited.

3 Age Requirement & Eligibility

D33 gaming services are available to users aged 18 and above only. Use of d33 by minors is strictly prohibited.

• If a user is found to be under 18 at the time of registration, the account will be terminated immediately.
• A national ID or birth certificate may be requested for age verification.
• Registering with a false age will result in forfeiture of all account balances.

4 Deposit & Payment Policy

Deposits on d33 can be made via mobile banking, bank transfer, e-wallets, and cryptocurrency. All payment methods must be registered in the account holder's own name.

• Minimum deposit is BDT 100 (may vary by method).
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• In the event of a failed deposit, funds will be returned within 3 business days.
• D33 does not charge any additional fees on deposits.
• Accounts may be suspended for suspicious transactions until verification is complete.

5 Withdrawal Policy & Terms

KYC verification must be completed before withdrawing winnings from d33. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 200 (may vary by method).
• The withdrawal account must match the account used for the deposit.
• If an active bonus is in place, withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements are met.
• Multiple withdrawal requests may be submitted on the same day, though processing times may be longer.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

6 Bonus & Promotional Offers

D33 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and wagering requirements, which must be read before opting in.

• Welcome bonuses apply to new members only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Multiple accounts from the same household or device are not eligible for bonuses.
• Using a VPN or proxy to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• D33 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings where a bonus has been claimed ineligibly.
• Bonuses expire automatically once their validity period ends.

7 Gaming Rules

All games on d33 are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every game outcome is completely fair and random.

• If a game is cancelled due to internet disconnection, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a software error is detected in a game, the round in question will be considered void.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is considered final.
• In the event of a technical error mid-game, d33's decision is final.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the d33 platform. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Playing games using software, bots, or automation tools.
• Registering using another person's identity.
• Engaging in money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
• Harassing or threatening other users.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

D33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons.

• Immediate closure for violation of terms and conditions.
• Closed at the user's request after extended inactivity (more than 36 months).
• If a user requests account closure, it will take effect within 24 hours.
• Activating Self-Exclusion will close the account for the specified period.

Any available balance at the time of account closure will be refunded, provided no violations have occurred.

10 Limitation of Liability

D33 is not directly liable for the following.

• Game loss due to internet disconnection.
• Account information compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Service interruptions caused by unforeseen technical issues.

D33 makes every effort to maintain 99.9% platform uptime and ensure an uninterrupted experience for all users.
